LEADERSHIP SEMINAR 2013

We greet you in Jesus Name.

As you may be aware that in “every century the church struggles through leadership
failures and in the life of today’s church there is no issue more crucial than leadership,”
there is a pressing need for leadership training.

Moreover, every leader whom God uses in any capacity must first be prepared to
function in that capacity.

It is against these backdrops that the Center for Christian Leadership Development and
Counseling (CCLDC ) is offering a two (2 ) DAY FREE LEADERSHIP SEMINAR for
Pastors, Teachers, Evangelists, Departmental leaders, church workers, and interested
individuals from August 29-30, 2013. This training is geared towards helping you in the
area of leadership development.

Areas to be covered include the following:

1. The nature of leadership (leader &leadership defined, types/styles of

leaders(laissez faire, autocratic, democratic, servant, elements of
leadership(leader, follower,& you,etc)
2. Why leadership is important
3. The call of leadership
4. A leader’s preparation
5. The tests of ministry preparation
6. The law of reproduction in leadership
7. Developing leaders
8. Man’s response to the call of God
9. The function of leadership.
10. Team ministry
11. Vision : the driving force for leaders
