This pertains to a complaint of certain Heirs of Robison V. Garcia, regarding your sand and
gravel quarry operation located at Barangay San Isidro, Valencia City, wherein a letter from their legal
counsel, Atty. Wilmer Q. Donasco, regarding an allegation that the submitted Extra Judicial Settlement
of Estate was fictitious/tampered which allegedly resulted to your fraudulent acquisition of the CSAG
permit.
