    FINAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT

    Dear Ms. Gulmatico,

    Our client, ROMEO VILVAR would like to inform you of your financial obligation or
    indebtedness in which you reneged in the amount of Php 190,000.00.

    We hope that you settle your financial obligation with our client or with our office
    at the address indicated above within five (5) days from the receipt of this demand
    letter.

    We are hoping that the matter will no longer conclude into a filing of a civil case or
    criminal case for estafa (swindling) to protect the right of our client who was injured
    or prejudiced by your obstinate refusal not withstanding repeated verbal demands
    from you to comply to his pecuniary damage. If that happens, it would be sad to
    note that 20% shall be added to your outstanding obligation for Attorney’s fees,
    damages and cost of suit.

    Hope you give preferential attention to this demand letter to avoid the unnecessary
    hassles of the court litigation.
