the students to give their insights.

Photo 2: Correctional
Photo 3: DSWD
Photo 4: Home for the aged
Photo 5: Rehabilitation.
Then the class will cluster the following photos according to five settings where
social workers found.

Private Sector
Civil Society
School
Community
The teacher will discuss the different settings of social work and give
examples.
Group Activity
Show me a picture of settings of social work.
The students will be grouped into 5. Each group will be given settings
come up with a tableau.
The teacher will ask if you were a social worker, what settings you would choose.
Explain why
The teacher will ask a volunteer student to summarize the lesson
What new learning did you develop about the Settings in the Social Work?
1. Identify two settings where social workers are found. Give one example on
each and describe.
IV. ASSIGNMENT:
Interview a social worker in your barangay. Find out the specific settings to which
he/she has rendered service and describe the settings.
