circulation, etc. A smart chair can detect the position of the person’s head, back and
hips and notify them by vibration or alarms if the they are sitting improperly.

posture monitoring chairs to more complicated motorized ones.

itself. The cart can then navigate itself from the parking lot to a pre-specified rack.

Navigation with a cart in a busy supermarket is not easy and it is possible to bump into
other people. There are sometimes long lines of customers waiting for cashiers.
Usually there are some people that just leave the carts in the middle of the parking lot.
A smart shopping cart can address all the above-mentioned issues.

The price can vary between greatly depending on functionality. 600$ Shopping carts
that only can scan items and accept payment to 1500$ carts with self-navigation.

The item scanning and payment station technologies are already being used in stores.
Motorized navigation technologies are also currently developed and used in electric
scooters and unicycles. Therefore, no new technology needs to be developed. Project
