ORDER

The four (4) accused GRACE AWIT LIZANDRA, JESEBEL PASTOR OSIGAN,
FRETZIE SALCEDA PALCONITE and JESSICA GASCON PUPA prayed for the reduction of their bail
bond alleging that they are poor and now detained at Municipal Jail, Talaingod, Davao del Norte
and cannot afford to raise the amount fixed by this Court for their provisional liberty in the
amount of Php 24,000.00 each.

In the interest of justice and finding the motion to be meritorious, the same is granted.
The bail for the temporary liberty of the three (3) accused is reduced to Php 12,000.00 each.

SO ORDERED.
