“BUCOOL”

I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

INTRODUCTION

BuCool is a very refreshing drink to beat wet and dry


seasons thirst. The juice is packed with sugar, electrolytes
minerals composition here to build up hydration levels within
the body. It has also much better composition of minerals.
Station provides quality and affordable organic buko juice to
everyone, which are available in two either regular and
special, offers in various sites from small to large cup that
in terms of product variation. In addition, we also offer
buscuit and buko pie made from coconut meat. The supply of
buko for production is acquired through wholesale with
laborers is paid in accordance to the required volume of
output. These are to avoid high labor cost, expensive price of
buko and price of product itself. This is actually management
operations. We have to identify four main keys for our
success. The first is to have a venture in accessible and
visible locations such as near to our marketers and also
schools. The second will be our value for money drinks and
supreme experience intended to customers. The third will be
focus on supreme customer service and customized customer
education. Lastly, we will implement comprehensive employees
training, efficient management and excellent promotional
activities.

For hundreds of years, the BuCool Drinks fruit of the


coconut palm (Cocos nucifera) has been a great source of
versatility. It provides food, drink, clothing and shelter
from its coconut shell and leaves as well as income from its

products. Due to its continuous production, the coconut is
readily available all year round. Each bunch of coconuts can
contain between five to 12 nuts.

Dried and thirsty? Do you want a refreshing and healthier


way to stop your thirst after a long and tiring day? Why not
try our BuCool drinks? Our BuCool Store from the word Bu-Cool
is buko and at the same time you will look cool if you drink
it or buy it. Our BuCool drinks is made from the natural buko
juice that the Filipino loves got better and more refreshing
than ever! It is now in cup or a coconut shape cup which has a
different sizes with straw for easier and a more convenient
way to drink especially for people who are always on the go.
Single straw for a single person and two straw in a coconut
shape cup for the couples.

II. MARKET SITUATION ANALYSIS

A. MARKET DESCRIPTION

The BuCool House is located around the supermarket of Aurora


Isabela. The expected or the target customers in BuCool house is
around 80 customers per day. Our products includes juice, shake,
pie, and pukayo. This kind of products sold quickly at
relatively in low price. Though the absolute profit made on
these products is relatively small, they are sold generally in
large quantities. The market of these products is quite priced
sensitive.

B. PRODUCT REVIEW

Coconut brings many natural products, including foods,


drinks, fibers, building materials, and chemicals. Portuguese
reported coconut in normal use as food in the Caribbean area
previous to 1526. Later, in 1577 during a visit to Cape Verde
Island, Sir Francis Drake frequently referred to the vast

quantities available of “nargil,” then prevailing name of
coconut. In the Philippines, coconut is known for its buko. It
is often used for salads, halo-halo (crushed ice with sweetened
fruits), sweets, and pastries. However, buko comes in three
forms: mala-kanin (having the consistency of boiled rice), mala-
uhog (mucus-like consistency and ready for eating), and mala-
katad (like leather). The latter is specially used for making
sweets

A coconut tree can help a deserted person survive in a deserted


island. Coconut or Buko is considered as the tree of life. Every
part of the tree from its leaves, trunks to its fruits can be
very useful to people. Its meat and water can practically
provide the required daily minerals, vitamins and energy needs
of a person. The BuCool drinks or juice in the BuCool House is
packef with electrolytes which helps in absorbing water for the
body's hydration. Buko has more electrolytes than any sports
drink. As you see the products in the BuCool House is made of or
have a coconut on it. It is called BuCool House, the word "Bu"
there is Buko because our main product there is the Buko drinks
or juice that is for single or in a relationship. And we added
"Cool" because whenever you have visit the BuCool house anf have
ordered and eat or drink our product you will feel Cool. So if
you feel that you are being uncool just go to the BuCool house
and you will feel Cool.

C. REVIEW OF COMPETENCIES

Core - Core competencies are special skills and


capabilities of the firm that provides some competetive
advantage in the market place. BuCool Core Competencied 1. The
name can get the attention of the customers and also the tagline
of it. 2. BuCool have a Fast and friendly customer service 3.

understanding.

skills required in specific areas of marketing reflecting the
variation in career progression available in this field. BuCool

Behaviours - It describes the behaviours that need to able


to demonstrate in order to do the job efficiently and

test.

D. REVIEW OF DISTRIBUTION

The BuCool House will include retailers, we will


assess the impact of hiring sales reps to propect retailers, the
amount of commission we are willing to pay or mardown we will
willing to offer, the potential sales volumes we will get from
different retailers and the support we will need to provide to
our accounts. Support will include In the store displays,
offering promotions and discounts. The cost will include
shipping, extending credit, any support expenses, sales, rep
salaries, benefits and commissions and bad debt.

III. SWOT ANALYSIS

Strength:

In the market, no one offers like our product in the Buco


House where our products contains and made by coconut

In the Aurora market no one sells a buko pie

Our sweets are unique like the pukayo( puto that have a
bukayo on it)

Our drinks are availabl even if your single or not.

It is cheaper in price in competition with other similar


product.

It gives energy in the shape of refreshing drink.

Weakness:

Raw materials are to be imported.

Due to delay in import raw materials may not be available


all the time.

Because of dependency on imported items cost usually goes


up.

Opportunity:

This has a great opportunity in the foreign market.

Various other items can be produced from this parent


items.

We can easily make it a profitable concerned.

We can experiment to use local raw materials without


compromising quality.

The product is attractive, small, and portable and so have


a greater accessibility. to market.

Continuous ads might make it more popular in future.

Threats:

Now a day people are more conscious about health.


Particularly threat of high blood pressure and diabetic.

Excessive tariffs on imported raw materials may reduce

IV. MARKETING STRATEGY (7 P’S)

Product:

BuCool is different from other , because in our buCool


house we have different products we offer BuCool drinks that are
for all even if your single or in a relationship. Our product is
Measurable, Sustainable, Accessible, Differentiable and
Actionable. We also offer products that have a coconut on it
because our main product is coconut.. BuCool House . An energy
Coconut Juice will help the people especially physically active/
athletes people to maintain their calorific needs in light of
their strenuous physical activity. It will work as like as
instant power supply to refill the energy of human body. We can
get instant energy as like Oral Saline. Oral Saline is not tasty
but we will make our product tastier as fresh coconut drink.

Promotion

Promotion helps enhance market share and attract the customers.

We will increase our passive marketing through Billboard,


Radio Media, FM events, TV, Internet, etc.

We will promote our products through our official page in


social media like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

We will also use posters and tarpaulins to promote our


limited offers for our customers.

We will also give free sweets like bukayo and pukayo in the
first day of our selling or opening

We will also offer buy one take one for the first 30
people in our opening

Place

Place is one of the most important factor for better


marketing. The location to start the Bucool House is somewhere
around the Aurora Public Market, Aurora, Isabela which is
present with nearly dense population. We also offer delivery
services around Aurora only. Other ideal places to build the
BuCool House are in Cauyan, San Manuel and Roxas.

Packaging

The use of our own design for our BuCool Juice, it is like a
real coconut but it is made of plastic. The other product is
depends in the size they choose.

Positioning

Whenever the people hear the word BuCool they will not
think about a person who bump into something or have fell into
the ground that makes the person to have a “bukol” in Filipino
instead they will remember what they experience and what they
have feel when they are in the BuCool House, the service and the
products that it offered. It promotes a healthy and happy
lifestyle for all the customers.

People

The staff is very capable in handling customer relations.


The crew members are trained to treat and accommodate the
customers with a smile, give respect, and will provide unmet
service experience that will encourage the customers to come
back. There are 6 staff members that are always ready to serve
the customers equally.

VI. EVALUATION

This Marketing Plan is about to establish a BuCool house


here in Aurora. As we can see there are stores that they online
serve is buko juice, in our BuCool house there are different
products made of coconut. The total income of our BuCool House
is Php 47 600.00 depending on the product that they bought to
our store. The satisfaction of our costumer is observed. This
project is approved by Mrs. Lourdes Pedro our Principles of
Marketing Teacher. We aim to the success of this project for our
future.

CONTROL

The BuCool has a goals to have a good quality service and


satisfy the costumers in our product. The capital and expenses
of our products are strictly observe. The ABM students are the
main head of this project BuCool House.
