COLON CLEANSER KRIYA

Kundalini Yoga - To Cleanse the Colon


June 3, 1986

Please have 12 oz. / 35ml of prune juice with you when you begin the
set.

1 TORSO TWIST - PRAYER POSE 8min.


1.1 Easy pose, bring hands in prayer pose, thumbs locked over each
oher, at the right side of your body, with he mudra in front of your
right shoulder.
1.2. Keep arms locked there and begin twisting your spine left and right
moving from the base
1.3. Do breath of fire through your open mouth with the tongue out.

2. TORSO BEND SIDE TO SIDE 5min.


2.1. Easy Pose. Arms in arc over head, interlace fingers to lock hands
togeher and lean left and right as far as possible

3. ARM SHAKES-ARMS OUT TO SIDES 3min.


3.1 Extend arms horizontally to the sides at a comfortable 60degree
angle to the body. The wrists should be very loose and the hands very
loose and heavy.
3.2. Begin shaking your arms so that the hands flop up and down
hrough the shaking motion of the arm.

4. HIT LEGS AT HIP JOINTS 3min.


4.1. Make fists of your hands and alternatevely hit the area of your legs
where they join the hips. There is an indentation where your fist will fit.
4.2. Do breath of fire with your mouth open and tongue extended.

5. SLAP UPPER ARMS 5min.


5.1. Easy pose, arms crossed in front of the chest, palms resting on
opposite upper arms.
5.2. leaving the upper arms in place, raise the palms and clap them
against the upper arm. This is a fast and heavy movement.
6. SPINE FLEX- EASY POSE 1min.
6.1. Hands on the knees in easy pose, flex your spine as fast as you
can.

7. ARMS SCISSORS-ARMS OVER HEAD 1min.


7.1. With your arms straight out to the sides, rapidly bring them up and
cross them in front of your face, keeping the elbows locked and the
armscompletely straight. This movement should be very fast.
To End:
1. Inhale and stretch the arms out. Exhale.
Inhale, hold and pump the navel for 6 sec.
2. Inhale and repeat
3. Relax and drink your prune juice.

8. ARM SWINGS-TWISTING TORSO 1min.


8.1. Easy Pose, swing your arms up and to the right, twisting the torso
as you do so, hold the position for 1sec.
8.2. Then twist to the left, cuting the arms down sharply to the lef side
and hold the position for 1 sec.

9. NAVEL PUMPS 5min. + 3min.


Vibrate Mantra Silently 5min.
9.1. Cross your arms over your chest, resting palms above elbows of
opposite arms.
9.2. Create a slow rhythm of pumping the navel to the beat of MSS
Livtar Singh´s recording of "I am thine in mine myself".
9.3. Meditate silently while pumping the navel.
Sing mantra 3min.
9.4. Continue pumping the navel, now singing along with the recording

10. MEDITATE- BABY POSE 9:30min


10.1. Come into baby pose
10.2. Meditate to Jasbir Kaur´s tape of the Mool Mantra )YB played the

To End
1. slowly and gradually rise up
2. stretch your legs forward to grab your toes. Do this 3 times.
3. Then roll your shoulders forward and relax.
