INFINITY HUNGER GAMES
Up to 8 players fight in free‐for‐all against each other, until only one player is left standing. Secret
alliances, deception, and betrayal are not only allowed… it’s recommended.
Lists
A single 75 points and 1.5 SWC list is taken, with the following modifications:
‐ 3 Models maximum.
o Symbiomates, Tinbot, and other “marker like” models do not count toward this count
o Madtraps, Crazy Koalas, and other “weapon like equipment” models no not count either
o AI beacons, AI bikes, etc DO count toward this limit
o When in doubt, ask the organizer
‐ No LT is needed, though one may be taken. No LT order is granted.
‐ No Fire Teams of any form are allowed.
‐ Hackers and/or TAGs are not required to take Remotes
‐ Mercenaries may be taken, but the AVA restrictions and 1 SWC cost rule apply.
‐ All Armies and Sectorial are permitted, but lists must be ITS legal minus the above modifications.
Setup
All players will play on a single 6x4 (4x4 for small matches) board filled with dense terrain. Before
deployment, each player will roll a D20. From highest to lowest roll the names are marked. This is
referred to as the Initiative Roster.
Game Special Rules
Retreat!, Loss of Lieutenant, and Isolated rules are not used in Hunger Games format.
Finale: At the end of the 4th game round the “Finale” begins and the board begins to catch fire. Each
player with 6” of any board edge will immediately suffer one DMG 15 EXP + Fire. At the end of round 5th
game round it expands to 12” from any board edge. 6th 18” etc, 7th 24”.
Limited Ammunition: Suppression Fire will only last until the declaring player’s next turn. Full Auto 1
does not function in Hunger Games format, but Full Auto 2 benefits may be used.
Deployment
Each player, in Initiative Roster order, will place a Deployment Marker (25mm token) on the board to
represent their arrival location. Each marker must be deployed at least 6” from any board edge and 12”
away from any other player’s marker. If this is not possible (typically due to too many players) use best
effort to follow the distance from other players.
Once all Deployment Markers are placed, start from the top of the Initiative Roster again and deploy
units using the following rules modifications.
‐ All models must be deployed during your deployment phase
‐ All models/tokens must be deployed within 3” of their Deployment Marker
‐ Models with any form of deployment distance enhancing skill or alternate deployment method
may be placed up to 6” away from their Deployment Marker. However, they must remain 8”
away from enemy models. This allowance replaces their normal deployment skills. (AD,
Infiltration, Mech Deployment, etc)
‐ LTs brought with any level of Strategos may deploy all models up to 6” away from their
Deployment Marker. However, they must remain 8” away from enemy models.
‐ AI Beacons count as having passed their PH landing roll and are placed within 3” of their
Deployment Marker.
‐ Due to the untrusting nature of this battle, Impersonation models can only ever achieve
Impersonation level 2, not 1.
‐ Hidden Deployment may be used. However, at the start of game turn 3 if they are not deployed,
as either a marker or model, on the table they are automatically discovered.
Player Turns
Players take their turn in Initiative Roster order. Players receive orders from their models, per standard
infinity rules, plus one additional bonus regular order each round. Impetuous orders must move toward
the center of the board if no valid targets are available.
Game End
Some players will be eliminated quickly, some players will hide, some players will dominate others, but
in the end only one player can remain. Enjoy yourself and try not to take elimination personally… unless
you were backstabbed… then take it very personally mwhahaha. The game ends when only one player
remains.
Optional Rules
Cornucopia: During table setup, place 2‐4 scenery elements to represent crates in the center of the
board. Exact placements is at the discretion of the organizer to support the theme of the board. These
Crates are treated as Panoplies.
Sponsors: At the end of each game round, the player with the least number of points remaining receives
a sponsor package. This player may deploy a crate, represented by a 25mm token, using AD: Combat
Drop rules at PH 13. Lower Airborne deployment levels may not be used and all standard rules for
Airborne Deployment apply. This crate is treated as a panoply, but only one attempt of the USE
PANOPLY skill may be made. If the WIP roll was failed, it is assumed the item found is of no tactical use.
Run! Run!!: The first turn of the match, no attack skill nor the engage skill may be declared.
