younger brother of the Philippine National Artist Fernando Amorsolo.[1][2][3][4]

Pablo Amorsolo was born in Daet, Camarines Norte to husband and wife Pedro Amorsolo, as a
book keeper and Bonifacia Cueto. When he was still eight years old, his family moved to

Yosi Nilait-lait pa
Adrianne D’Cruz Balagot ‘pag upos na
Ihahagis sa kalsada
Sabi nila… Tapak-tapakan
‘La ka raw kwenta ng mga makwekwenta
Dagdag pambutas ng bulsa Lingid sa kanila
Butas ang baga ‘pag di nasawata ‘pag tayong dalawa’y nagsama
Kulang pa... Marami tayong nababasa sa kanilang mukha
Kung malait Kaya nabubuo ang bawat istorya.
Humihithit... Bumubuga
Waring may banal Gaya ngayon…
Nahulog sa lupa Nagtatalik ang usok at kaluluwa
Kung humusga Nabubuo…
Talbog ang papa sa Roma Iba-ibang larawan
Salamat na rin sa paalaala May mukha…
Panambitang pang-aalimura. May piso…
May mukha sa piso
Pero...! May mukhang piso
Sabi lang nila yon di ba? Marami…
Pagkat di nila alam, May isa… dalawa… tatlo…
ang iyong halaga Tatsulok sa mundo.
Sa tulad kong ikaw ang laging kasama Marami talaga
Oo...! Iba-iba…
Para sa kanila, silbi ay wala ka! Ibang iba…
Pero... pa’no ko pag wala ka? Pagsasama nating dalawa
E! Sa ‘yo lang ako may pagkakataong Naiintindihan natin ang isa’t isa
Mag-isip… Kung wala ka…
Magsumbong… ihinga ang sama ng loob Kulang ako
Mangarap at magpasya. Ikaw lang ang kausap
Bakit kasi kadiri kung turan ka? Sa panahon ng pag-iisa.
Naranasan ba nila na ika’y makasama?
Haaaaaahhhhh!
Ahhhhhhhhh!
Hayan natin sila
Bakit?... Nandito pa tayo.
Di maghihiwalay
Bakit?... Lilikha ng panibagong kabanata
Susulat nang naiibang kwento
Bakit?...

Why is carbon important to life?

Most living things on Earth are made of carbon. Living things need carbon in
order to live, grow, and reproduce. Carbon is a finite resource that cycles
through the Earth in many forms. This makes carbon available to living
organisms and remains in balance with other chemical reactions in the
atmosphere and in bodies of water like ponds and oceans.

Why is hydrogen important?

Hydrogen is important because it is involved in the process of enzyme catalysis and
because it stabilizes things like nucleic acids and proteins. Hydrogen bonds with
many different elements to form compounds.
Hydrogen is made of three different isotopes. Ordinary hydrogen is called
protium. The second isotope is called deuterium and the third is called tritium.
Hydrogen is the most basic of all the elements because it contains one proton and
one electron.
Although scientists had been producing hydrogen for years, they never really knew
what it was. It was discovered to be an element in 1766 by Henry Cavendish. Its
name is derived from the Greek words "hydro" and "genes" and together these words mean "water forming."

Why is oxygen important?

Oxygen is a very important element because it is a part of the air people
breathe and the water people drink. Because of this, oxygen supports life.
Many living things (including humans) need oxygen to live and breathe,
though it is poisonous to some forms of life.

Why is Nitrogen important for living organisms?

1. Proteins are made up partly of Nitrogen. Without Proteins, your cells will
lack enough nourishment to repair itself or to build new tissues.

2. Nitric Oxide is made up of Nitrogen. Without Nitric Oxide, your cells will
have difficulty communicating with each other.

3. Urea is made up of Nitrogen. Without Urea, you cannot remove damaged

and used proteins from your body - and this causes the formation of toxins.

4. Enzymes are partly made up of Nitrogen. Without Enzymes, simple acts, such as food metabolism, would take
200 years to complete.

5. Plants require Nitrogen. When plants don't have nitrogen, they fail and this disrupts the food chain.
Community Health Problem

Repetitive motion: This refers to performing the same motion or motion pattern every few seconds or on a
continuous basis for hours at a time.

Awkward posture: Whether standing or sitting, there is a neutral position for the back, neck, arms and
hands. This is the position that puts the least amount of physical strain on the particular part of the body.
Postures that differ from the neutral position increase stress on the body.
Overhead work, twisted or bent back, bent wrists, squatting or stooping are examples of body positions and
movements that cause problems. See Figure 1.

Long periods of repetitive activity (duration): This is the amount of time workers perform a motion or
movement pattern during the workday.

Lack of recovery time: Recovery is rest or a break from a risk factor.

Forceful movement: This is the effort or pressure workers need to perform various tasks. Forceful movements
include lifting a heavy object, unscrewing a rusted bolt, or squeezing an object in your hand. Another type of
force, known as contact stress, comes from pressure against part of the body. For example, resting the wrists
against the sharp edge of a desk while working at a computer puts pressure on the wrists.

Vibration: Exposure to vibration can affect particular parts of body, such as the hands, when using power tools.
This is known as localized vibration. Workers who drive trucks or work with jackhammers are exposed
to whole bodyvibration.

Uncomfortable environmental conditions: An uncomfortable environment can be dangerous as well as

unpleasant. High temperature and humidity can make workers drowsy and less alert. Excessive noise damages
hearing. Glare and bright lighting while working with computers can cause headaches and vision problems.

Stressful work organization: This refers to the way jobs are organized. These factors include staffing levels,
scheduling workload and job pacing, electronic monitoring, performing monotonous tasks, and the amount of
control workers have over how they perform their jobs. These are sometimes called psychosocial factors.
