√ Services Level Agreement

We guarantee Service Level Agreement for our product users 99%. We are
committed to ensuring the safety of the damage.
However, we are not responsible for any damages that may be caused or caused
incidentally or inconceived due to actions by Customer or other parties.

√ CIR

Guarantee that the bandwidth obtained in accordance with the bandwidth

capacity has been agreed, without without the use of sharing (sharing) with other
customers. Guaranteed CIR bandwidth ratio is 1: 1 (according to the needs of
Customers) this applies from the location of wireless devices Customer to the local
and international backbone.

√ Traffic Monitoring

Each of our Customers provide user & password in a special site to monitor in real
time bandwidth capacity in use, making it easier for customers in analyzing and
controlling the bandwidth used.

√ IP Public
We will provide IP Address according to Customer's requirement. So that Customers
have flexibility in functioning Public IP Address which is given by Indotrans, so not
only used gateway server but also can be used for Web Server, Mail Server and so
on.
