Process Flow:

lamination & slitting take 2 days. The minimum order quantity varies with the item of order

BOPP and MCPP. However, Packaging film material contains the chemical name ethyl and

The environmental impacts mainly came from Fossil Fuels and Respiratory Inorganic. In the
comparison of landfill, incineration and recycling of PET package, the environmental impact in
landfill treatment was the highest, and then was incineration and recycle which were beneficial
effects on environment. Incineration can avoid environmental impact of Respiratory Inorganic
category and recycling can avoid Fossil Fuels category more significantly. Compared to the
environmental impacts before PET package come into waste management, landfill could append
3.5% additional environmental impacts and incineration could reduce 22.2%. In contrast,
recycling could reduce 61.7% of environmental impacts more significantly. Sensitivity analysis
confirmed the robustness of the results.

Food grade material can touch the food directly. MCPP has deformation, flexibility, good
sealing. It has high gloss, good stiffness, good moisture resistance, excellent heat resistance,
easy heat sealing characteristics and Heat resistance up to 120 ℃. One of the researchers
found that by changing the material to high-density polyethylene there would be
approximately a 30% reduction in carbon footprint, 24% reduction in air acidification, 26%
reduction in water eutrophication and 15% reduction in total energy consumption that will
make it environmental friendly (Gallimore & Cheung, 2016).

The sole purpose of the study is to understand the Kurleez Chips packaging. The material
used in the packaging of the Kurleez Chips is PET & M-CPP. These both materials can be
made environment friendly provided the chemistry of their granules is kept in mind. PET &
M-CCP keep food saves from environmental hazard. However, the company can change the
shape of packaging & makes it shape resembled with potato or chips outlook. The six colors
job can be made three or four colors by simply giving the major color of product type. For
instance: if its potato then major yellow color should be used. This way company can move
towards supply chain sustainability by making most of environment, economic, and social
aspects.
