Twin Pump Cementing Trailer

( CMT-001 )

Overview
 Model SSCC100-30-Ⅱtwin pump cementing trailer is composed of two sets pumping
and mixing systems. By means of Allison electric control hydraulic transmission, each set
pumping system driven by Detroit Diesel distributes power to one set TPD600 horizontal
triplex plunger pump.
 Be assembled with 3＂and 4 1/2＂TPD600 plungers can be used to pump various oil field
treating fluids.
 Adopts parker open loop type hydraulic system, which is distributed from one set Benz
engine.
 Be equipped with ACM system and data acquisition system can satisfy all kinds of
operations under different operating conditions.
 Be equipped with low pressure non-radioactive densitometer which is capable of
measuring the instantaneous slurry density to ensure the cementing quality.
 The maximum pumping rate can reach up to 19.4 bbl. per minute and maximum pressure
up to 14,460psi and has 2 compartment of displacement tank, 10 bbl each tank. Volume of
mix tube is 10 bbl and can use batch mixer for more volume required

Batch Mixer

 Overview
 Batch mixer is specially designed for mixing and temporary storage cement slurry prior
pumping down hole by high pressure pump, which is often to be used for mixing
chemical and spacer as well. The hoper and jet mixing system provide for homogenous
mixing and recirculation of cement slurry and chemical capability.

pallet platform providing sack cutting and blending and delivery dry
materials to bulk storage, each cutting bottle can be operated
individually or in combination for batch blending. The cutting pod
composing of cutting hopper, tank, pressure relief valve, rock catcher
etc. is usually used for loading of bulk material to other bulk system.
