Automated Employee Attendance

Introduction:

The purpose of this project on Employee attendance system is to manage the details of
leave, Employee attendance, login, holidays, attendance. It manages all the information about
leave. The project Employee attendance management system can also provide an easy way to
automate all information involved managing leaves and payroll for the employees of company,
but also to provide full functional reports to management of company with the details about
usage of leave facility. This system can handles employee salary records depending on their
attendance. It tracks all the details about the login, Holidays, attendance.

Abstract:

This is an offline automated employee attendance software project. That serves the
functionality of an automatic attendance of Employees. The system allows admin to see the
attendance analysis of employees. The project provides most of the basic functionality of
attendance of student. Taking attendance has been widely used as a method to track employee’s
academic behaviors. But conventional approaches are usually time consuming and inaccurate. In
this paper, we have proposed an automated attendance tracking system. Identify of an employee
is collaboratively verified by Unique ID of employee. Tests in real world environment has
demonstrated that our system is characterized as high efficiency and accuracy in racking
attendance.

Objective:

The main objective of the Visual Basic Project on Automated Employee Attendance
system is to manage the details of employee, login, attendance, Employee Attendance, Holidays.
It manages all the information about Employees, leave, holidays, and employees. The project is
totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The
purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for the
managing the Employees, Login, Leave, Attendance. It tracks all the details about the
attendance, Employee attendance, Holidays.

Module Description:

i. Company details:
This Module includes Company details was explained in detail. Name, address, jobs,
status of Company etc.
ii. In and out clock time:
This Module is used to compute the employee working hour. Clock in time is beginning
of work time. Clock out is end of working time.
iii. Admin Login:
In this Module Admin can see the reports of employees such as working hours, leave
days, details of the employee. And also admin can change the details of employee.
iv. Employee Login:
In this Module Employee can login and see their own details of working ours, salary slip,
and information of him/her.
v. Employee Salary calculation:
This Module includes Employee salary was calculated depending on their working hour
of an employee. All department employee salary detail was shown.
vi. Employee department:
This Module shows the different type of departments. Employees was divided depending
on their department.
vii. Attendance report:
This Module was shows the all Employees attendance of full report and working hour of
particular employees also shown in this.
viii. Leave report:
Employees leave details was shown in this. Days of leave was shown of all employees.
ix. Add, Remove and Updating of Employee:
The admin can add a new employee details, can remove existing employee details and
also can update the existing details of the employee.
