FEA Report must include the following as Subtitles for the report:

Calculations
1. The maximum deflection of the beam
2. A visualisation of the overall stress distribution within the beam
3. The maximum stresses in the Aluminum and Molybdenum sections of the beam

4. An overview of the analytical solution and the predictions for the maximum deflection and stresses
within the beam.
5. An overview of the predictions made using your FE code using both T3 and Q4 elements.
6. Convergence study to ensure that the FE model is adequately capturing the deflections and
stresses
7. A comparison of the FE predictions and the analytical solution.
8. Discussion highlight any differences between the two and the potential causes of these
differences.
9. You should also include an annotated and working version of Matlab code. It is important to
annotate the Matlab code to highlight the sections that have been altered.
