BANK OF PUNJAB is listed with the stock exchange. It is a public sector bank owned by

SBP(state bank of pakistan). BOP organizational structure is good, peacefull and flexibles. BOP
is providing a road tool for economic development. All employees are working very good way
and full determination and efforts. There is also a problem in the structure of BOP that is lack of
employees worker. If one employee is absent or go for training all the work load is shifted to one
employee there is no a rule to maintane the work of other employee. This is a major weak point
of the BOP and it is also unfair for employees.
BOP is day by day growing through opening new branches, offering new products, and also
enhancing the services of E banking day by day.
BOP is charming the principal bank in Pakistan, because their economy is endlessly growing and
they fulfill the needs of customer and satisfy them.

organization. Time is really very important factor. In professional way we have to manage all the
tasks on time. I always prefer to work on time it put a good effect on my personality and also
differentiate me from other internes. During my internship my supervisors assigns me different
tasks I have to manage all these on time and accurately. This creates a pressure in my mind but
slowly I understand how to manage work under pressure. The work of bank is very sensitive in
nature and carelessness leads us toward big loss. Now I am able to tolerate because some times
in bank I have to do those tasks and deal with those peoples which I don’t like to do. I also learnt
that hoe to work in a team to achieve a common goal. While working in team I feel improvement
in my communication skill. It is a nessaray element because when we communicate with others it
leaves an impact on their mind. One the most important thing that is improved in my confidence

2. CONCLUSION OF THE REPORT
2.1 SUMMARY OF KEY CONCLUSION:
After writing this report is clear that BOP is making progress by leaps and bound. BOP profits
are growing but surely in last few years and his inclination is proposed to stay in to the future. So
we can say that BOP has shinning future. If BOP improve coordination between employees and
improve their marketing strategies they can capture more market easily. This will increase their
value in the mind of customer and also helps to establish a good brand name. BOP has
opportunity to invest more but they don utilizing the opportunity in the right way because of
Government pressure.
BOP has a lot of branches in the whole country especially in Punjab and also has good repute.

international market they should have to open some foreign branches. I think that banking job is
one of the most attractive jobs. After internship I have lot of practical experience and also

but it is also an ideal and desirable job.

shares, bidding, loaning, are also concerned with banking sector. Banks also provide special
kinds of schemes for student that plays a vital role in countries success.
According to my opinion banking sector have a strong link with all sectors. And also some firms
are directly attach to it like exchange companies and NADRA , WAPDA, sui gas, give open
access to collect bills and directly posted them in to their accounts. BOP also provide loan on
commercial level mostly educational institution have their accounts in banks and bank directly
collect the fee from students on behalf of their account. So we can say that banking sector play
role of intermediary between different sectors.
Now days in Pakistan there are more than 57 banks with a huge branch network in the whole

directly related with government, political parties, general public and also plays a vital role in the
