7. Technical Standards for Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of stations converter and
transformer substations

The Contractor shall design, construct, test and commission the converter stations and transformer substations
according to the technical specifications of CFE indicated in the table below, and in unspecified, following good
engineering practices of generally accepted in the electrical industry and construction. He
