Infinite Consulting Corp (ICC) is a minority-owned and certified project, program, and
construction management firm established in 2009 by Eric Hirani, CCM, DBIA. Our firm
specializes in providing professional services on buildings and facilities projects, including hotels
and high-rise buildings, schools, and hospitals, as well as large-scale infrastructure projects,
including, but not limited to rail/transit, bridges and tunnels, aviation, ports/waterfront, and
recovery/resiliency projects.

The mission of Infinite Consulting Corp (ICC) is to safely build tomorrow's building and
infrastructure projects by providing the highest level of construction, safety, and quality
management services. ICC promotes a culture of safety and education as part of these

City Subway at Grand Central–42nd Street. The improvements include an

The Tunnel Lighting project consisted of the rehabilitation of tunnel

the Borough of Manhattan, including installing new tunnel lighting and

MTA Long Island Rail Road -
Double Track from Farmingdale
to Ronkonkoma

The Double Track Project will improve service and reliability on the LIRR’s

Authority (MTA) Long Island Rail in the 1st Avenue Substation in Manhattan as a subconsultant to Mass
Road (LIRR) Electric Construction Company.

Mass Electric Construction Co. During Superstorm Sandy, the AC Switchgear was damaged when flooded
(subsidiary of Kiewit by approximately 18 inches of water. This project replaced the damaged
