Implementation of the Project

To what extent were the objectives of European Development Plan achieved? How were they reached?
Please comment also on any objectives that were not achieved and describe any achievements that
exceeded initial expectations.
ERP is a part of the ŠRP that links the set goals with the internationalization of the institution as a
strategic development point. Through the ERP document, we have formulated the needs of institutions
such as quality development and internationalization and ways in which the planned European activities
will meet these needs. Internationalization was achieved by bringing school and employees closer to the
European education framework. We gained experience gained during mobility in the educational
process, school program, pedagogical organization and management. The quality of school work has
improved. The quality of teaching, the process of learning and evaluation of achievements have been
improved. Innovative methods for teaching and learning have been introduced. We have increased
intercultural understanding. The teachers who participated in learning mobility acquired new
experiences, which they could later use in their daily work. We have developed new teaching methods,
and with the help of the projects of our Ministry of Education, we have gained new teaching materials
and thus improved the quality of teaching. Participation in the programme has supported the
development of competencies and attitudes, the growth of entrepreneurship, individual development,
the increase in knowledge of other cultures, and the increase in the attitude of an active citizen. It has
also strengthen the European identity of workers. School image has been improved by enriching the
school website through applying new web design. Usage of social networks and other educational
portals have become our daily routine.

If relevant for your project, did you use Erasmus+ online platforms (e.g. EPALE, School Education
Gateway, eTwinning) for the preparation, implementation and/or follow-up of your project?

Preparation, implementation and/or follow-up of projects we use eTwinning. On the eTwinning platform we
realize two projects:’’ Internationalization of school with inovative methods and IKT’’ and ‘’School
internationalization with innovative methods and ICT’’. Institution for the structured course in Italy we
have found through School Education Gateway.
