Emphasise the fact that your adjective starts with same letter as your name by

themselves in the same way.

Personal Star. Introduce myself by drawing a star on the board, then in each Ss will recall 7–10min

hobbie, what I´m studying. How old am I, I hate…, Etc.) then encourage Ss to do questions and their

them “How they can know something about someone?” (write some on the
board) then Ss have to make questions in order to match the information they
wrote with those questions

Halve the class and Ss will create a circle and they will sit in a circle (using Integrate new Ss,
chairs) Then select someone he/she must say a number between 1 & (the check speaking, know

People Bingo, prepare a sheet with the following questions (find some one informative 5 - 7 min

another country/city) write the game sheet on the board and the students accuracy)
copy it. Ss stand up and have to ask each other questions to find someone who
"likes fishing" or "is married". When they find someone they must write their
name on the game sheet. They should find a different person for each
statement. The first person to complete their game sheet is the winner.

If time fits give them a survey in order to know more about them

Unit aims: DISCUSS SKILLS ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

Energizer DANCING ON PAPER Split in pairs Ss then prepare sheets of newspaper for each 5–7
pair, put them to dance and when the music stops they must stand on their min
sheet of newspaper, before the game restarts they must fold the sheet, continue
several times until it´s imposible to stand on the sheet of paper

Warm Up Ask Ss about what subject do you like the best, and if they´re good in that subject

Lead In Present the video (Lie detector) elicit the word JOB INTERVIEW 2 -5 min

Ss will move around the classroom and present their company, they must move around and
