low income and the uninsured or under-insured population in
the county.

This population served is predominantly Native American /


Alaskan Native, Hispanic / Latino, Black and mixed race,
including more young people ages 18-34 and children who all
have a demonstrated need for health services that also
present a public health concern.

low incomes at or below poverty levels, uninsured or
underinsured patients and younger patients including children.

and children.
