stories before.
2. Light conversation with pupils.
3. Teacher introduces the topic.

-RULE: Use a ‘magic stick’ to control the pupils. Only those who
are holding the stick are permitted to speak.

Objektif Pembelajaran
1. Menjelaskan cara pengurusan diri apabila mengalami haid dan ihtilam.
1. Murid diberi kuiz ‘Betul’ atau ‘Salah’ mengenai haid dan ihtilam.
2. Murid memberi pendapat berkenaan perkara asas pengurusan diri dan
pengurusan emosi semasa haid dan selepas ihtilam. Antaranya:
Mandi 3 kali sehari (minimum)
Sentiasa menukar tuala wanita (4-6 jam sekali)
Aktiviti
Makan makanan yang berkhasiat
Dapatkan rehat secukupnya
Melakukan senaman seperti biasa
Meluahkan perasaan dengan cara positif
