Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

I think the security that it is the most important and that I do

not believe in yourself, I have to have clear goals for my
lifestyle that I want to know, that it is to accept self recognition
and congratulate me I am sure What is it that I have to do and
what I can do is have my money deserved and finally give an
opportunity to someone to accompany me to my adventures.
creo que la seguridad de uno es lo mas importante ya que si no crees en ti
mismo no lograras nada, despues tener metas claras para mi estilo de vida
que quiero ir, que cualquier desafio sera bienvenido ya que me interesa
aprender distintas cosas y tener un auto reconocimiento y felicitarme de que
si me estoy esmerando independientemente que hay que tener la capacidad
para desarollando en lo que me pongan y que gracias e mis esfuerzo podre
tener mi dinero merecido y ya a lo ultimo darle una oportunidad a alguien
que me acompañe a mis aventuras.
