CH. 1-2, Inducing An Amphetamine Psychosis

The effective implementation of psychological manipulation via induced psychosis states

A population of conspirators must always be controlled by the directive agency, however, this is
often met with difficulty by the normal neurological functioning of a target.

The aforementioned contributor to this doctrine is a specialist in the creation of amphetamine

psychoses in targets. In many cases, said contributor was employed to induce psychosis states of targets
on a wide spectrum of operational influence.
He explained:
“Amphetamine Psychosis was one of the most powerful tools this agency ever instructed me on.
It was extremely effective in enabling the manipulation of a target's overall actions, however, the sheer
power of this technique was nearly completely uncontrollable beyond a certain point.”

A target is first selected, usually based upon their intelligence. The highest intelligence target is
preferred. An increase in normal brain functioning is an advantage in the creation of a psychosis state,
because the mind of the target is already operating on a rapid basis. This mind is more analytical,
powerful once determined to accomplish an objective, and prone to paranoia.
Paranoia is the means with which an amphetamine psychosis is then influenced with simple
directional techniques via social engineering.
The target is first made addicted to amphetamines of their own accord, if they have not become
addicted already.
After addiction has been created, it is important to downregulate the dopamine receptors of the
human mind. Through microdosing over a 21 day period, the dopamine receptors are made more
susceptible to dopaminergic effects. Microdosing is accomplished through the clandestine
administration of methamphetamine and/or amphetamine. The contributor chose oral administration by
“spiking” the target's drinks and food with powdered amphetamine. Methamphetamine was not chosen
by the contributor because it was said to have a more chaotic and euphoric high than amphetamine,
which mildly increased focus and energy in the target.
After the 21 day period, the target was inundated with a large amount of methamphetamine in a
fashion which was perceived as natural and situational by the Social Engineer. Because dopaminergic
downregulation had already occurred, the brain was so sensitive to dopamine's neurological effects,
that the inundation period was met with extreme efficiency.

NOTE: The contributor's field logs noted a surprising efficacy between days 25 and 27, when
the target was beginning its first period of major sleep deprivation after the downregulation period.

When this psychosis state is established, paranoia is the hallmark factor. The Social Engineer,
can then introduce various ideas, concepts and tasks to the target, and by the influence of their own
paranoia, the target often willingly complies.
In the notable case of the contributor's primary operation in 2017, the target discarded his own
vehicle at the influence of the Social Engineer. Without mobilization, the target was then extremely
limited in his range of operations, both in distance and in practicality.
The Social Engineer can get the target to do almost any practical task at this point, because the
target is completely beyond all self-control. The Social Engineer also establishes a reliable dependency
upon his own direction within the target.
