I am Keyur S Patel son of Shankarbhai N Patel.I am writing this mail to seek your assistance in transfer
of physical share certificate.

My father who expired on 10/03/2003 held 100 nos. of shares in your firm “Rubfila International
Limited” with folio number 022477 with certificate number 00075819.

On 27th January 2012 new share certificate having 80nos of shares , was issued to due to capital
reduction of company, having number CR5554 with same folio number 22477.Distinctive number for
same is 2166721 to 2166800.

Now, I want to transfer this certificate to my mother Mrs. Sarojben Shankarbhai Patel.

Kindly guide me further for same process & please mentioned complete set of documents required for
transfer purpose.
