Team Agreements
We will be intentional about focus and protecting time during meetings.
We will update the sign-in sheet daily.
We will keep each other informed of necessary information.
We will remain a united team-- share responsibilities and clearly delineate roles.

Career Interventions
Reality Store- Match 16th
Reality Store Volunteer names due, email name to Teal by March 9th
March 5/7th begins the Digital Careers Series (Perkins to send out list of student participants)
Brashears to do Reality Store follow-up lesson for interested 8th grade teachers

Co-located
-Current procedure: Tab on sign-in google excel sheet can be updated, Folder to be placed in file cabinet for copies,
AND copy of referral form
-Stephanie Martin continues to email updates (and Teal forwards to Copeland for reference)

Groups
-Adelante: new group, visit from College Student Mentors - Brashears (Tuesday/Thursdays)
-Spring SPARCS: started this week Gidney-Cole/Teal (Wednesdays)
-Athletes Character (8th Grade Males) - Perkins (Mondays) --will continue even with absences of some members
-ISS/ISI- ongoing reflections being facilitated
-B2B/Men’s Mentorship- Perkins to send list of students involved
-S2S meeting Friday 2/23, some students are being removed from failure to meet expectations

Other Initiatives
-Step Team: will meet Wednesdays and Saturdays, Perkins to promote, Saturday study session will teach study
skills
-Cyberbullying: Brashears conducting research
-Website Additions: emailed by 12PM on Thursdays .. this week Flyer about mentoring opportunities
-Gidney-Cole working with Britt to coordinate opportunity with Church for free dinner and bible study
-Emily K: Program Scholars to College is due March 15th, provides support in HS and preparing for college
