WILL

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me KOMENE ATU JONES of 36

Marbleluster Road, Pacific Harbour, Printer.

1. I REVOKE all former Wills and other Testamentary dispositions previously made by
me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

2. I APPOINT TREVOR MARLOW of 14 Shirley Road, Hunters Corner, Auckland,

New Zealand, Accountant the sole Executor and Trustee of my will and in the event
of him predeceasing me or refusing to act then I APPOINT DR ROBERT
MARTIN of Deuba Medical Centre, General Practitioner the alternative Executor
and Trustee of my will.

3. I GIVE AND DEVISE my residential property situated at 70 Playboy Crescent, Mt.

Eden, Auckland, New Zealand unto my son MERVYN JONES of Hamilton, New
Zealand, Law Student absolutely.

4. I GIVE AND DEVISE my property situated at Black Road, Rewa Harbour unto my
wife MARILYN JONES of 36 Marbleluster Road, Pacific Harbour absolutely.

5. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH my collection of firearms unto my old friend DONALD

WOOD of Marlene Bay, Nadi, in the Republic of Fiji, Retired Serviceman.

6. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH my Mercedes automobile, registration number DDH 224

unto my wife the said MARILYN JONES absolutely.

7. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH the monies in my bank account in the King Street
branch, Midcity Bank, Auckland, New Zealand which are to be divided as follows: -

(i) $NZ 15, 000 to my nephew CLAUDIUS JONES.

(ii) $F 55, 000 to my gardener RAM PIERRE.
(iii) $NZ 30, 000 to my son MERVYN JONES.
(iv) $F 120, 000 to my wife MARILYN JONES.

8. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH the rest residue and remainder of my estate to
my wife the said MARILYN JONES.

9. I DIRECT that the Trustees pay all cash gifts within 9 months of my death.
 10. I DIRECT that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my savings
account at ANZ Bank, Hunters Corner, Auckland, New Zealand.
