this report is the world’s
largest and most
comprehensive Dynamics
salary survey.

Microsoft Dynamics
Salary Survey 2017
I am extremely pleased to once again present Nigel Frank International’s industry
acclaimed Microsoft Dynamics salary survey report.

The world’s largest and most comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics survey, this report
offers a unique insight into salaries, benefits and bonuses, sentiments, motivations, and
movements across the worldwide Microsoft Dynamics Partner, ISV and End User (Microsoft
Dynamics Customer) communities.

Collated from data points from both Microsoft Dynamics placements made by Nigel Frank
International between November 1st 2016 to March 30th 2017, and thousands of survey
results collected between April 12th 2017 and July 9th 2017, we hope the results of this
report will prove valuable to both those looking to recruit Dynamics professionals, and
Dynamics professionals themselves.

This report was launched in Washington D.C. in July 2017 at Microsoft Inspire; the world’s
largest Microsoft event which connects tens of thousands partners, Microsoft employees
and industry experts.

I sincerely appreciate all of you who took the time to participate in our survey. We are proud
of the report we have produced, but we are always open to receiving feedback from you
on how to improve and make our study more useful to you.

We hope you enjoy reading the survey and - more importantly - find it beneficial, whether
you are actively recruiting or looking for the next step in your Microsoft Dynamics career.

Data Validation Techniques

Each survey response has been validated using robust statistical analysis and automated
data validation rules in order to be included in the results set. Any data profiles that
do not pass our validation rules and statistical analysis, or are deemed questionable,
incomplete, or duplicate were removed in order to provide meaningful results.

Our internal teams have verified each Nigel Frank placement data point to ensure
100% accuracy with respect to base salary, bonuses, benefits, employer type, seniority,
job title, technology and location.

No data has been artificially aged, nor have any results been extrapolated based on
general inflation adjustments, or general wage increase trends. For the purpose of the
survey, we will refer to all ‘data points’ as respondents.

“We were very pleased with the knowledge

and tenacity of Nigel Frank.”
We came to Nigel Frank International with an urgent need for a candidate with a very
specific and unusual skillset; a Senior GP Consultant with BI360 experience. Due to
the rarity of such a skillset, candidates with this type of experience are often extremely
costly, and we had previously been unable to find a candidate with the right skills at a
reasonable rate.

Nigel Frank showed great dedication, taking on a difficult job and sticking at it until it
we were satisfied. They found us a strong candidate with the skills we needed, who
revolutionised our reporting system and drastically offset our budget. We were very
pleased with the knowledge and tenacity of Nigel Frank, and look forward to working
with them to fulfil our further staffing needs in the future.
