To Whom It May Concern:

This is to authorize REYNIE FRANCISCO to conduct the following acts for and in my
behalf:
(1) To receive a package addressed under my name that contains documents for the
renewal of the Sanitary Certificate of MV DD Voyager Vessel.
(2) To do such other tasks for such other purposes as may be deemed necessary for the
accomplishment of the same.

The effectivity of this letter shall be until the 3 rd of July 2018 or upon the accomplishment
of the acts stated above, whichever comes earlier.
