Position Manager-Sales Operation

Job Description The State Head is responsible to design, evaluate and report on
various aspects of loan products and processes, evaluate new
areas for expansion, participate in the branch setup process, handle
small to medium projects on various aspects related to process and
methodology. He will also be responsible for growth and
management of the loan portfolio, ensure portfolio quality and
growth for long-term sustainability and profitability of the institution.

 Responsible for delivering budgeted results of respective states
 Oversee credit and risk control’s policy adherence in operational
areas.
 Management of Operations’ goals, objectives, and budget to support
the achievement of the overall organizational mission;
 Analysis of competition, products and processes on an ongoing
basis
 Ensure full compliance with the existing policies of the government
and the organization
 Develop new cost effective marketing strategies to improve
outreach.
 Co-ordinate the activities of all branches and handle all operational
issues including computerization, change management and
balancing of books
 Prepare monthly and other periodic operational reports for top
management
 Analyze the business environment and make recommendations on
the development of new products and enhance existing products to
grow the Company's customer base and outreach
 Provide on-the-job training to all departmental staff, including new
recruits and existing staff
 Any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned from
time to meet the objectives of the Company
