BRIEF REPORT:
The E-Government Project Management Seminar is an opportunity for its participants to get educated on
methodologies that can be used for Project Management.

DAY 1
A.M

2. Getting-to-know: Introducing myself as a Government employee of Tayabas, Quezon Province,
to the other 34 participants.

3. Introduction: The relationship of the Government and steps it should take towards project
planning and implementation
4. What a Project Manager must be.
5. Discussions on the definitions and significance of Project Management, Project Manager and
programs.
6. Project Manager vs. Operations Manager
7. The role of technology in Government Projects and Project Development.
8. Examples: Existing organizations that has poor Project management strategies
