Developing a Robust BSS/OSS Support System) framework for the customer and customize the

followed stringent SLAs, proactively worked with all integration
CRM Application partners, and worked in tandem with network providers to create
Mahindra Satyam’s strong competencies in implementing Oracle an end-to-end business solution. A customized, WiMAX-specific
Communication Suite products enabled to design and establish a CRM application was developed and implemented for Lead,
robust BSS and OSS (Business Support System and Operation Prospect, Sales and Inventory Management.
Optimized System Performance with a Centralized, Scalable and Flexible
Solution
The result was a centralized, scalable and flexible solution to manage end-to-end processes for data and VoIP services. Besides, the
implementation of WiMax-specific customized CRM solution has resulted in CAPEX savings as there was no further investment required in
a CRM tool.
