DeepSeal

DESCRIPTION
Aubin’s DeepSeal is a two component silicone based sealing and grouting elastomer.
It is deployed as a fluid and converts to a self-binding pressure energised solid
rubber like material to establish, or re-establish a pressure retaining barrier resistant
to shrinkage.

APPLICATION
DeepSeal can be used in a variety of applications including grouting, leakage
prevention, sealing clamps and cables.
The usable pumpable time can be managed by adjusting the concentration of
activator typically between 0.5% to 2.0%. For best adhesion it is recommended to
clean surfaces with solvent and ensuring that these surfaces are dry before
application. Care should be taken to avoid air entrapment during the mixing process.

DeepSeal is available as a 5.25kg pack comprising 5.0kg Base fluid and 0.25kg
Activator
