FAULT/ERROR MESSAGES (DIESEL ENGINE)

The engine is equipped with a monitoring system.


After switching on the ignition, starting the engine or during on-site operation, messages showing the condition of the engine can appear. If a fault
should occur, the cause is to be determined and the fault is to be rectified immediately.
As an alternative to using the MDA display, a fault can be indicated by using a FLASH code. There is a difference between ENGINE
WARNING and ENGINE STOP.

‰CAUTION
Stop the engine, or stop it immediately if the white or red DIAGNOSTIC LED goes on. Locate the reason for the fault, rectify the fault or inform WIRTGEN
Service when necessary.

Acknowledge the fault:


Press the ENTER key to acknowledge the fault:
- the message will disappear.
- the warning horn will stop.
- the red LED on the "cabin control panel, right" will remain on.
- the matrix prior to the fault message or the next fault message to be acknowledged will appear in the display.
