In consideration of your agreeing to permit me to embark on the vessel      
now at       and bound for      
it is understood and agreed:

1 This pass is not transferable and may be cancelled by the owner or time chartered owners of the vessel stated above
(hereinafter called "the shipowner") at any time, whether before or during the contemplated voyage and at any place
and under any circumstances, without liability of whatsoever nature;
2. The user of this pass is allowed on board the vessel or premises of the vessel stated above, solely as a bare licensee and
on condition that the ship owner shall not be under any liability as a carrier or otherwise. In particular, the user assumes
all risk of personal injury, loss of life, hospital, medical, funeral and repatriation expenses, loss or damage to property,
or any other loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever caused, and expressly agrees that the shipowner shall not be
liable therefore under any circumstances whatsoever and howsoever (including unseaworthiness and negligence on his
part or his servants or agents) notwithstanding any express or implied condition or warranty to the contrary, statutory
or otherwise;
3. The user agrees, without prejudice to its other provisions and both on his/her behalf, that neither the Captain, Officers,
Crew or other personnel of the vessel named in this pass, or of any vessel owned or in the service of the shipowner, or
any person employed by the shipowner at any time before, during or after the contemplated voyage shall be liable in
respect of anything he may negligently do or omit to do in the course of or in connection with his employment, which
shall cause loss, damage or injury (whether fatal or otherwise) to the person and/or property of such passenger, person
or child as aforesaid. For the purpose of the agreement expressed in this clause, the shipowner shall be deemed to
contract on behalf of and for the benefit of all persons who are or may be its servants or agents from time to time, and
all such persons shall to this extent be or be deemed to be parties to the contract contained in or evidenced by this pass;
4. The user agrees that no particular route shall be implied in respect of the proposed voyage of the said ship, and that
he/she may proceed for any purpose whatsoever, by any route or port, by the nearest or customary route or in a
contrary direction, and the owners may abandon the proposed voyage or at any time delay or detain this ship, as they in
their discretion may think desirable;
5. The user agrees that, should the said ship render any salvage services, he/she shall not share in any award thereof;
6. The user agrees that he/she will comply with all quarantine, passport and other regulations;
7. As a condition to the use of the pass, it is declared by the user that he/she is not prohibited by law from receiving
transportation and, further, that the pass will be lawfully used;
8. This licence shall be governed by Danish Law, and any dispute or other matter arising thereunder or in connection
therewith shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish Courts;
9. In case the user is signed on as a member of the vessel's crew, this is done purely for technical reasons and, without
prejudice to anything elsewhere contained herein. The user agrees that in such case he/she is not entitled to any right or
entitlement of the vessel's crew in accordance with any applicable agreement, statute, common law or otherwise;
10. In the event that the shipowner, his servants or agents should incur any loss, damage, liability, costs or expenses for
which they are exempted or otherwise not responsible under these provisions, the user undertakes to indemnify the
above persons against all consequence thereof.

and agree to the conditions imposed on this Passenger Pass signed by or on behalf of the user and agree to indemnity and hold
harmless the shipowner, the vessel, its Master and Crew, agents and servants against any claims of whatsoever nature and
howsoever and wheresoever caused or arising by or on behalf of the minor or the minor's estate, including but not limited to
costs and/or expenses incurred in defending same
