EMAIL COMMUNICATION LETTER `2

To Grand Canyon University Families and Stakeholders:

My name is Suzana Tran and it is my honor to introduce to you the importance of multicultural

dimension use in the education system. Multicultural dimensions is based on the idea that all

students have an equal opportunity to learn in school regardless of gender, socioeconomic status,

ethnic, and racial or cultural characteristics. The rapid growth of technology and the use of

iPad’s, computers, Chromebooks, and communication has shifted over the decade and has

become an extraordinary method to differentiate in the classroom.

The effectivity of potential usage can highly support each students’ learning environment. Our

21st-century learners need higher implications for technology integration. The constructivist

approach meets the need of our educational system now. Inquiry-based experiences provide

children with valuable opportunities to improve understanding. Over the past decade, more and

more software is being developed to enhance students learning in Language Arts, Science, Math,

and Social Studies. These programs are used to meet individual needs of students reinforcing

their understanding (Wang, 2009).

Technology tools are capable of deepening cultural understand, value diversity, and increase

global awareness in school systems by utilizing simple access through the Internet. Virtual

reality tools allow students to explore places outside of their classroom, community, state, and

country. Not only can Virtual Reality showcase the diversity of families around the world, it

provides a number of tools to support visual learners.

In addition to students’ support. Teachers will be trained by our highly qualified Technology

Coaches who will provide knowledge and hands-on training to teachers. All funds will benefit
