MARKET AGREEMENT – Please read, sign and return

 Applicant understands that membership is contingent upon approval of
application, which includes but is not limited to, meeting the criteria for goods
allowed to be sold and abiding by the rules and regulations set forth in the market
policies, Articles of Limited Liability and By-laws.
Should a vendor at any time occupy the premises in a manner contrary to the
rules of the Jerome Farmers Market at the Mountain View Barn, or in any manner
which is hazardous or offensive to the public or other vendors, upon the request of
the market officials, vendor shall immediately cease such offending conduct. Failure
to immediately conform conduct as requested shall be cause to revoke the
undersigned applicant’s permission to use the facility. Upon revocation, the vendor
shall promptly vacate the premises.
The undersigned vendor agrees to exercise the utmost care in the use of
facilities and properties of the Jerome Farmers Market at the Mountain View Barn.
The vendor also agrees to indemnify and release Jerome Farmers Market and
Mountain View Barn and all their officers, employees, and agents from any and all
claims, actions, judgments, losses, costs (including reasonable attorney fees), and
damages whatsoever; including claims arising by reason of accident, injury or death
caused to persons or property of any kind, arising out of, in connection with or
incident to, the Jerome Farmers Market at the Mountain View Barn.
