Title: Admin Executive-Asset Management

JOB SUMMARY
Maintenance of office supplies and stationeries on monthly basis and generate consumption reports on monthly
basis, ensure office is ready for daily operations in coordination with Housekeeping department, manage
inventories of food items, condiments, supplies and entire operations, monitor food service operations to ensure
appropriate service and quality, Vendor Management - Contracts, Agreements, monitoring of SLA’s and support
procurement function.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


 Overseeing all arrangements related to Conference, Meeting and Seminar internal as well as external.
 Provide administrative support, like invoice processing and tracking of engineering, preventive maintenance
and safety records.
 Uphold and monitor customer satisfaction surveys to provide feedback in respect to Work Requests
 Oversee on-site vendors including: Critical Systems, Food Service, Custodial, Interior and Exterior
Landscaping and Document Management.
 Coordinate PPM schedules of all electro mechanical equipment like UPS, AHU’s, Electrical DBs, Fire panels,
Sprinkler systems, EM Locks, Access Panels.
 Guest House management
 Raising PR’s and Receiving PO’s through SAP for smooth invoice processing.
 Coordinate business air travel reservations including car hire and hotels at global level and Visa Processing
along with travel partner.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree from recognized University

questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

 Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as
percentages.
 Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in
standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
 Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
 Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and
deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
