JOB SUMMARY
Maintenance of office supplies and stationeries on monthly basis and generate consumption reports on monthly
basis, ensure office is ready for daily operations in coordination with Housekeeping department, manage
inventories of food items, condiments, supplies and entire operations, monitor food service operations to ensure
appropriate service and quality, Vendor Management - Contracts, Agreements, monitoring of SLA’s and support
procurement function.
