PROPOSITION 1 CHANGING SCHOOL
DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
Shall the following described land area
presently located within the Shelby
County R-IV School District boundary be
detached therefrom and made a part of
the Macon County R-I School District
effective August 8, 2018:
All of the Shelby County R-IV School
District North of the Monroe and Shelby
County Lines, West of the Rangeline
separating Ranges 12 West and 11 West,
South of the Township line separating
Townships 59 North and Township 58
North, and East of the Macon and Shelby
County Lines; also all that part of Shelby
County R-IV School District located in
Macon County.

Do the people of the state of Missouri
want to adopt Senate Bill 19
("Right-to-Work") as passed by the
general assembly in 2017, which prohibits
as a condition of employment the forced
membership in a labor organization
(union) or forced payments of dues in full
or pro-rata (fair-share); make any activity
which violates employees' rights illegal
and ineffective; allow legal remedies for
anyone injured as a result of another
person violating or threatening to violate
employees' rights; and which shall not
apply to union agreements entered into
before the effective date of Senate Bill
19?

FOR STATE AUDITOR and 11 West, South of the Township line
VOTE FOR ONE separating Townships 59 North and
Township 58 North, and East of the
Macon and Shelby County lines, to
include that part of the Shelby Co. R-IV
SEAN O'TOOLE School District located in Macon County.
If approved, such land would be attached
to the Macon Co. R-I School District
effective August 8, 2018.
FOR U.S. REPRESENTATIVE If this proposition is approved by the
DISTRICT 6 voters, such real property within the
VOTE FOR ONE Shelby Co. R-IV School District will be
assigned to the Macon Co. R-I School
DAN HOGAN District.
