Operation is one of an important function in a business organization. Managing operation is crucial to

make sure that business is able to produce product or deliver service according to the specification,
quality and time specified by the customer. Operations management can be defined as the process of
marshalling business input to transform them into output in the form of product or services.



Refers to all resources that that are required to produce a particular output for example are main power,
raw material, machine, equipments, technology information and capital.



The activities involve in transforming, planning of raw material, design of operation process, planning
process, planning of floor layout and distributions of man power in the organization.



Output is the end of product created as the result of transforming process. It can be categorized into either
products or services. As input transferred into output it required added value, whereby the value of output
is higher than the total input value.

The efficient operation system is important in business to ensure the operation is consistent with business
planning. It is also to ensure every business planning operates according to the plan.

this photo industry, our company need to cooperate with others bridal in order to measure our company
can stand for long time with all resources and help agent. We hope can gain more experience and profit.

Our premise has been provide with water, air conditioner and electricity. Other than that, our premise
also provided parking lot that is accommodation to our customer and staff. By having all this
facilities our premise can operate smoothly.

Apart from that, our operation premise is also within the area of Kuching, where it is near to our supplier
and also have financial institution such as BANK ISLAM, and many more. This facility make it easy
and efficient to dealing with our supplier and financial.

FRIDAY 10 am ± 9. 30 pm 12. 30pm ± 2. 30pm 9 hour

SAT - SUN 10 am ± 4 pm 1 pm ± 2 pm 5 hour

Operation hours for our company start at 10 am in the morning until 9. 30 pm on Monday to Thursday.
On Saturday and Sunday, we only operate half day starting from 10 am to 4 pm. Workers are given 1
hour rest on Monday to Thursday and Saturday to Sunday but on Friday the rest time is 2 hour. This
mean our company operates 7 days in a week.

The workers must come earlier to do their routine and ensure the premise ready to be open for the
customer.

mroduction planning is a plan on how many output will be produce in certain day, month or year. In our
operation, we are planning based on forecast of a year and number of output is determined for every
month.
