I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at the Faculty Lounge, Lower Ground, Area
Corner by the presiding officer, Mrs. Celeste L. Caliwara, Music and Mandarin
Area Coordinator. Mrs. Celeste L. Caliwara led the opening prayer.

II. COMMENDATIONS
Mrs. Celeste L. Caliwara commended the present teachers in the area for having all
the Periodic Course Outlines submitted on time and all are ready for submission to
the office of the respective Vice Principals. However, Mr. Christian Jude D.M.
Wariza’s Periodic Course Outlines are not ready yet because he has been absent for
