What is World War Two Lecture Experience Speech Survey Guided Notes for Lecture Summary of World War Protesting World War Two Essay Two iPad Lesson Quiz Assessment Purpose of Assessment KWL Chart The KWL chart will be used to spark an interest in the students before the lesson starts. By having them go through the chapters and reading about the events on their own it can create questions the students can express during lecture. These questions can open class discussion that can enrich the environment of this topic. What is World War Two Survey This survey will give me the teacher a better understanding of what my students already know about World War Two. Depending on how the survey is answered, the lecture presentation will be changed to be more informative or go over prior information students should have already learned. World War Two Overview Lecture The lecture is used to give the students a more in depth explanation of what World War Two is and what happened during it. Guided Notes for Lecture Guided Notes are designed to help students follow along with the lecture, look back at the information throughout the lesson plan, and let students express their thoughts and feelings about every event. Protesting World War Two iPad Lesson This project lets students express their thoughts and feelings about an event that effected the lives of the American people. It shows if the students have an understanding of the American mindset before entering World War Two. Quiz The quiz is used to show that students understand all standards that are taught in this unit. My World War Two Experience Speech This speech is a creative way for students to take all the information they have learned about World War Two and share it to the class in the point of view of a historical figure. Summary of World War Two Essay This essay is a summary of what students learned about World War Two. It will show me the teacher what students understood in the unit and what they were confused on.
