1. Through online communication the client will not have to come to the office , for which the
merchandiser will be able to deal more customers which will also result in less time consuming

2. The merchandiser will ask for charges to produce and deliver the sample to clients. This is
because if the quality needs are not met, the sample will be again produced. This will be an extra
cost for the company. Thus, charging for samples will reduce the company’s cost of producing
samples.

3. A new machine will be installed in the factory which will convert the wastage or poly sheets into
powder. This will then be added to the extrusion machine mixing with the original new materials
to produce poly sheets. This will reduce the wastage and the usage of extra new materials.

4. Excluding the top management will reduce the time consumption in recruiting labors as the HR
department can take decisions according to need analysis where sitting with top management is
not required.
