Partnership. Our business will have four partners. Responsibilities, profits and looses will be shared
equally and management will be split up among the four partners. Each partner will contribute to the
business with their distinct skills and expertise which will be used in dicision making,planning and
organizing the company. Funds for capital will be raised by each partner equally.
