Shortlisted candidates are advised to bring with them the following documents, in original, along with a
self-attested copy of each in seriatim, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for interview and
no TA shall be paid:-
1. BIO-DATA Form (duly filled in) – proforma to be downloaded from

2. 07 copies of description of Job profiles presently handling &/or handled in the past, in brief –
proforma to be downloaded from website www.nationalfertilizers.com —> Careers—>
Recruitment in RFCL---> Recruitment of experienced professionals in RFCL —> Job profile
proforma.
3. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
4. Educational Qualification certificates and year/semester-wise marksheets (Matriculation and
onwards) including CGPA conversion formula. It should be noted that no claim of possession
of equivalent qualification, other than mentioned in the advertisement, will be entertained in
terms of Clause No. C.4.2 of advertisement.
5. Post qualification work experience certificates.
6. No Objection Certificate from their present employer (In case, presently employed in any
Govt. Department/Autonomous body/Govt. Undertaking/Institution and their application have
not been forwarded through proper channel).
7. Proof of CTC more than `9.67/- lakh per annum as on 30.04.2018 or relevant pay scale proof
for minimum 02 years (as on 30.04.2018). It should be noted that no claim of possession of
equivalent pay scale, other than mentioned in advertisement, will be entertained in terms of
Clause No. C.4.i.c) & d) of advertisement.

8. Latest Caste/PwBD (Divyang) Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, if applicable.
Kindly refer to Clause No. G of Advertisement in this regard.
9. ID proof (viz. AADHAAR, PAN, Passport, Driving License, Election Photo Identity Card etc.).
10. Print out of interview call e-mail.
CANDIDATES MAY ALSO REFER TO CLAUSE NO. F.2.iii OF ADVERTISEMENT FOE DETAILS OF
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION.
It may please be noted that, in case, any of the particulars furnished by them in their application, under
reference, are found to be incorrect/not meeting the requisite specifications or not supported by
requisite documents, their candidature would be liable to be rejected forthwith and they will not be
allowed to appear for the interview and no TA will be paid. They may further note that it is the
responsibility of the candidate to satisfy himself/herself before appearing for the interview that
he/she meets all the specifications as per advertisement for the post applied for. Candidates may
also note that they will have the option to answer the questions in personal interview in Rajbhasha
(Hindi) or English Language.
Single seat 2nd class AC return rail fare (Mail/Express trains, excluding Rajdhani/Duronto/Shatabdi) or
the class in which you have actually travelled (whichever is lower) / Bus fare from your place of
residence (as given in your application) to Noida and back by the shortest route will be admissible to
you on production of tickets / money receipts, for the purpose of attending the interview. You are
requested to provide your Bank details (viz. A/c No, Name of Bank, IFSC Code etc.) in the TA form at
the time of document verification stage on the above-mentioned date. TA form can be downloaded from
website www.nationalfertilizers.com—> Careers—> Recruitment in RFCL---> Recruitment of
experienced professionals in RFCL —> TA Form.
Kindly note that no request for change in date, time & venue of interview would be entertained.
In case any change is made in the date, time & venue of the interview due to administrative reasons the
same shall be communicated through e-mail and/or also displayed on our
website www.nationalfertilizers.com. Candidates are, therefore, advised to visit our website
regularly. No separate postal letter will be sent for call for interview for the subject post.
This communication is a mere call for interview and should not be treated as an offer for employment.
The terms and conditions of the advertisement No. 02(RFCL)/2018 dated 11.04.2018 are unchanged
and canvassing in any form shall be considered a disqualification for employment in the Company.
It is reiterated that candidates are being called for personal interview provisionally presuming that they
meet the following eligibility criteria & possess all the documents, in original, in support of their
candidature and in case, it is detected that they do not meet the eligibility criteria or fail to produce
original documents at document verification stage on the above-mentioned date, time & venue (or at
any subsequent stage), they will not be allowed to attend the interview and no TA shall be paid to them.
Candidates are, therefore, again advised to make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria and
bring with themselves all the relevant documents including No Objection Certificate or
Caste/Divyang certificate, if applicable to them, issued in the prescribed format, in original,
failing which they may choose not to attend the interview. Candidates should also ensure that
OBC Certificate, if applicable, must be in the format for employment in Government of India
indicating therein that the candidate does not belong to creamy layer and the Certificate should
be issued on or after 01.11.2017.
