ITEM DESCRIPTIONS ACTION REMARKS

1 GENERAL:
1.1 DO#38: ‘Communication Strategy’
- Semasa Pembinaan ALL -Date proposed on 4/10/2014.
-In progress.
-Selepas Pembinaan ALL -Date to be decided.

1.2 Prima Setapak 2 (PS2) complaints. ALL a)- Meeting with DBKL, PR2 and MHP
- Was held on 6/10/15. Main complaints with updates
were:

1. Mosquito problems.
Fogging certificate.- Pending submission by WW by today.

2. Site safety.
WW has been reminded to continuously improve. – on
going checking.

3. Crack complaint by PR2.


Again long overdue, WW to ensure this is resolved before
next meeting.

4. Road cleanliness.
Progressive cleaning.

b)- School.

1. Proposed no student zone and also to put in steel bar


coupler which will avoid slippage again.

2 ARCHITECTURE:
2.1 Matters discussed: TA/JPB a) Client accepted the frosted white glass door for duplex
units. AI to be issued.

b) TA issued the G- Form tabulation as per attachment. TA


to follow up and update next meeting.

c) TA to instruct WW for Suria Sign muck-up.


3 C&S:
3.1 JPB to follow on the following matters: JPB a) QH to provide report on quarterly basis. JPB to follow
up.

b) ADA reminded JPB on G- Form requirement follow- up.

4 M&E:
4.1 NSC nominated are:
Electrical - EITA Power System S/B JPKT a) Transformer delivery by 8/2/2016. TNB kick-off meeting
Hydraulics - Perniagaan Kim Chong S/B at 2.30 pm at site office.
Fire protection - Tenaga Ideal (M) S/B
Lift - Kone Elevator (M) S/B b) Open cut excavation, Ir Lee of KOSMOS to advise Mr.
Swimming Pool - Teamspec S/B Gan upon TNB application to DBKL.
c) Will discuss in detail during coordination meeting on
INFO handling over testing and also G-Form requirement.

d) To ensure timely inspection for Bomba lift by 7 March


2016 and overall lift inspection by 15 April 2016. Other
service are to be coordinated as well; namely water and
electrical service.

5 LANDSCAPE:
5.1 Softscape and Playground under NSC. HD a) Client was briefed on the playground tender and
decided to call for tender interview on 19/2/2016 at 2.30
pm at MH HQ. HD to issue notification to all.

b) ) HD has issued all lighting and water tap drawings. HD /


VTA to follow up on cost implication.

c) Mid-section at 6th floor, HD provided proposal today and


accepted by client. HD to issue instruction to WW/Kapina
c/c to all.

6 QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
6.1 Provisional Sum VTA/TA a) VTA to seek WW’s Quotation for letter box which is the
last item in the provisional sum.

7 Strata Title INFO a) Strata Surveyor should finish by CNY and submission by
29/2/2016.

8 OTHER MATTERS:

9 MEETING:
9.1 Next CCM meeting will be held on 15/2/2016 INFO
(Monday) at 9.00am at MHP310 site, Jalan
Gombak.
