Total capacity of LUSE is calculated as product of the capacity of last
LDEV and number of LDEV, the following problems occur.
Case 1: When total LU capacity exceeded maximum value and capacity of
last LDEV was smaller than maximum capacity/number of LDEV, the
setting was available on panel but error was reported after selecting Apply.
Case 2: When the total LU capacity did not exceed the maximum value
and the capacity of the last LDEV was larger than the maximum
capacity/number of LDEV, the setting was unavailable on the panel.

capacity/number of LDEV and the total LU capacity is more than 60 TB,

In case of being connected with the ESCON channel, LINK INCIDENT
occurred on the host when PS-ON was performed.

In a dual SVP configuration, if Configuration Update is performed right
after the micro program exchange, file transfer to the standby SVP may fail
and SIM 0x7ff201 (SSB:3336) "Standby SVP FAIL" may occur.

This problem may occur when all the conditions are met.
1. Dual SVP
2. Either DKCMAIN/RAMBOOT/LCP/LCDG micro program exchange
or a periodic file transfer (1 PM/2 AM in HP) is performed.
(The file is transferred to the standby SVP in the background, and then PC
reboot of the standby SVP takes place.)
3. Right after that, either micro program exchange in master SVP or
Configuration Update is started again.
(After PC is rebooted after 3, the file is transferred to the standby SVP)
4. The standby SVP reboot after 2 and the file transfer to the standby SVP
after 3 occur at the same time.

Following problems occurred on SVP when the LDEV with the emulation
types whose last letter was "B" or "C" existed.
1. On the panel of LUNM, the SCSI path could not be added to these
LDEV.
2. On the Shadow Image for z/OS panel, these LDEV could not be paired
with the LDEV whose emulation types were 3390-3 and 3390-3B.
3. On the Universal Replicator for z/OS panel, these LDEV looked as if
they could be set as data volumes (In fact, the setting would cause an error
after selecting Apply).
4. On the True Copy for z/OS panel, these LDEV looked as if the pair
creating was possible (In fact, the setting would cause an error after
selecting Apply).
5. On the Volume Security panel, the LDEV security looked possible to set
to these LDEV though the SCSI path was already set (In fact, the setting
would cause an error after selecting Apply).
