1. SCOPE OF WORK
This document describes step-by-step activities involved in block work which contains Storage,

handling, type of block, curing, 1 course layer, Daily lift height, Accessories, mortar, Stiffener,
lintel, Fire sealant.
2. RESPONSIBILITY for
The project Manager will be responsible or the overall implementation of the project and to
ensure compliance
The construction Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination on site, he will organize
his team for the proper implementation of the project as per schedule
Site Engineer is responsible for the site execution to ensure the correct work method and
environmental and followed by all persons and sub-contractor
Civil Foreman shall be responsible in accordance with the approval plan and QC requirement and
HSE plan
Surveyor is responsible for measuring the exact location and setting out all
temporary or permanent structure and make sure to specified location.
3. EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

4. Material Required

a) 200mm X 400mm X 200mm SRC solid blocks have to be used in the substructure with the average
