Error probando el TPTOOL:
1688705 - CTS+ configuration changes required as of release 7.10 with respect to the
change from SDM to the Deploy Controller (DC)

Symptom

 Configuration changes required for non ABAP target systems via transaction
STMS where the deployment target engine (Import Service) is SAP Netweaver
release 7.10 or greater.

Environment

 SAP_BASIS 7.10 and higher

Cause

 The Deployment Engine has changed 'completely' starting from 7.10, the SDM
has been replaced by Deployment Controller (DC). Within Transactions STSM in
a CTS+ enabled environment this is referred to as 'deployment' although the
underlying tools have changed.

The following two configuration changes are required:

1. The default port for DC is 5xx04 as opposed to 5xx18 for the retired SDM.
2. The Authentication user for SDM is always 'SDM', with the SDM user
password. For DC this is "no" longer valid. You must specify a user with Java
engine admin privileges such as 'J2EE_Admin' who is not the user 'SDM'.

Resolution

1. Ensure the target port for the "Import Service" (as specified in the target System's
STMS transport profile for the parameter DEPLOY_URL) is correctly set to the
port is 5xx04. To do this call STMS > Systems Overview > <SID> > Transport
Tool > Change.
2. Adjust the authentication user in STMS as per above diagram to ensure a valid
user is specified. To do this call STMS > Systems Overview > <SID> > Goto >
SDM/DC User/Password.
