    MEMORANDUM

    1. The HR Department has constantly requested you to post your


    department’s schedule on the system. However, as of this date, you
    have not complied such request.

    2. Thus, please consider this as our last notice for you to comply such
    requirement. Otherwise, we shall be constrained to elevate this as a
    violation to the Code of Conduct, to wit:

    ARTICLE III
    Section 8
    Superior’s Directives / Instructions / Insubordination

    1. Willful refusal to follow any lawful orders or


    requirements of UCMed or its representatives.

    3. Please post your respective schedules upon.

    4. Please give your utmost attention to this memorandum. Thank you


    very much.
